         周三，青年读书会请来了我校的历史骨干教师刘晰剑跟我们一起讨论关于课堂的预设和生成。         讨论一开始， 刘老师的幽默风趣和博学已经将在座的各位深深吸引。接下来的讨论中，刘老师地旁征博引，谈古论今，举了很多生动的例子来阐述预设的重要、生成的创造性以及这两者相辅相成的关系。说到，青年教师在充分预设之后的课堂生成过程中要自信镇定时，刘老师说起了诸葛孔明草船借箭的典故。孔明在万事俱备只欠东风之时，仍然镇定自若，正是因为他已经夜观星相知道东风一定会到， 他也预料到了自己身处的危险已经想好了脱身之法。他谈到了学会倾听。倾听，我觉得这是我们年轻老师最欠缺、最需要学习的。在上课的时候，我们往往只关注了自己事先准备的内容是否完成，却没注意我们可能忽略了了学生精彩的回答，没有看到学生思想的火花，没有发现他们耀眼的闪光。这样几次下来或许原本思维活跃，极富创造性地学生也变得看似木讷了。在课堂上抓住学生思维的亮点，倾听，并且给他们反馈给他们鼓励是我们努力的目标。之后，刘老师还谈到了要学会引导学生，并且举了王薇老师一次精彩的引导学生的例子。这也使我们受益匪浅。 ……
